Ethiopian Coffees New Crop Should be Here In a Week or Two..

I should be cupping some Ethiopian coffee in the next few weeks. Ethiopian coffees are the first crop out of the New Year. The first Harrars arriving are normally the ones with the intense fruitiness, like the blueberry characteristics. These are the ones we're after. I will keep you posted after cupping. The washed coffees i.e. Yirgacheffe and Sidamo will be better at the middle of the crop do to the large amounts of rain fall during the early harvest.
